Refund policy

The only thing we love more than our products is our CUSTOMERS.

While it is highly unlikely, but should you decide to return or exchange the product for another one, all products purchased from COTT10.com ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN, IF RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

We provide 100% Refund when the following criteria is met:

1. Products should be unused, unworn, intact with all the tags.

2. Garment should be packed in the original packaging.

Note: In the event of deep discounts, 10Threads Clothing (COTT10) does charge shipping cost while processing refunds. Reason for this is high volume of order and fraudulent orders due to discount deals.
Note 2: In case of COD Order, the COD Handling Fee applied will not be refunded. Only the cost of product will be refunded.
